Our tour guide Les clearly loves what he does, he was so knowledgeable and answered every question with enthusiasm and often times great humour as well. With information ranging from Australias history to science facts about the surrounding landscape and its rich biodiversity of people, plants and animals it truly was an experience like no other with Les as our guide. The itinerary was worked around what was best for the weather conditions of the day and felt personal and unique. The transport was clean and air conditioned and had plenty of space. The mountains themselves offered great views and lookout points, made even better with the commentary provided by Les. Overall a great experience that I would recommend to everyone, Thank you for a great time :) ~ Lewis

A nosotros nos gusto mucho , el guia fue un encanto, nos hizo reir mucho y nos llevo a lugares fantasticos, y nos sugirio un lugar para comer en Loira muy bueno, en realidad disfrutamos mucho el tour y para cerrar con broche de oro ese dia nos llevaron de regreso en barco y nos toco ver la opera y harbour bridge iluminados, a nosotros nos fue bien y lo recomiendo. ~ 4 P

Had a great day on this Blue Mountains tour, very reasonable price for what you get included. We were unfortunate to get bad weather with rain and clouds blocking most views but Les the tour guide was a legend, and actually made the day fun! He’s very informative with plenty of interesting stories, he really knows his stuff on the history of the place and always keeping people laughing and entertained! Just an all round good guy. The trip itself would have been even more amazing if the weather was better but still had a great day and met some new friends. Would highly recommend to anyone thinking of taking this tour ~ Shane F

Our family group of 8 enjoyed the Blue Mountain Tour last week. Our guide Les was so knowledgeable about historical events. He clearly loves his country and is so passionate about the native animals and natural environment. We didn’t visit the zoo as we had been to one the week prior, but the alternative nature park was lovely with beautiful gardens and native birds. The cable car and incline railway trip at Katoomba was so interesting, and again Les demonstrated his vast knowledge of the rainforest and its animals. Loved Leura for a lunch stop, ferry back to Circular Quay finished off a really enjoyable day! Highly recommend!! ~ Jenny J

Went on this tour with LES as our tour guide today. Les was entertaining and funny. He also demostrate very good knowledge of the plants and animal when he bring us for the walk in rainforest. Although Les is friendly but he still able to manage difficult tourist who does not follow instructions thus the tour is being manage well and there are not many delays. Les is also flexible by pushing some activity earlier due to impending weather and making some changes so that his tourist are able to get the best out of the tour. ~ Lian j

İt was one of the best tours l have ever had. Very organised,no delays,no problems and no extra costs. Everything was as stated in the programme so don't be afraid or hesitate to book. l did that on the internet and believe me l haven't regretted it at all. Small groups, good bus ( a bit cold though ) and the guide was very friendly and explained everything to us. Great knowledge on almost everything! We had a great tour to the blue mountains with our excellent tour guide Bruce. I wish there would’ve been more time to explore some of the trails in and around Scenic World on our own especially to get a better view of Katoomba Falls. It wasn’t clear in the booking itinerary that when Scenic World is purchased then the whole group does everything at the same time. I know the lines can get long, but taking the railway down instead of just up would’ve been more exciting. ~ A

Thoroughly enjoyed the whole day out with our engaging (fun) guide Les, whose knowledge and passion for nature, history and of course cricket made it special. Despite the cloud and rain early on he shuffled the itinerary to get the best of the weather, and beat the queues for a timely finish and return to the emerald city cruise home. Very fair pricing too, dad jokes and stories free of charge. Don't go anywhere else. ~ Richard G

It was a great experience being guided in our Blue Mountains tour by Matthew, who clearly knows his stuff, shared interesting facts about Australia and was very professional and friendly to every person during the trip. The drive in the bus was smooth all throughout and the sights of the lookouts and Three Sister definitely were worth viewing. Wonderful tour! The tour guide Bruce is very knowledgeable and friendly. The stops are great and give you a safe taste of the mountains. Scenic world was brilliant! Especially the train - which is so steep it's vertical on its ascent. The lunch break is long enough to look around the town. Toilet stops are plentiful. My sister and I had a lovely day and it was this tour/day trip that was her favourite part of Sydney! :) ~ Daisy

Truly the BEST tour guide we have ever experienced. From the first hello to wishing us well at the ferry dock into Sydney, Les was professional, funny, knowledgeable, friendly and full of historical knowledge to put a history teacher to shame! The BEST guided tour experience! Les was a FANTASTIC guide! He shuffled things around so we showed up at the zoo, just before opening, left when it got busy, had a great day in the Blue Mts. Les was our guide. What a wonderful day we had. We were first pick up so had a tour of the city as well as the mountains. Les was a fountain of knowledge and knew exactly where to take us at what time of day for the best views.Had a great sense of humour too which was a huge plus. Our tour guide Les was outstanding. He has a sense of humour and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the blue mountains having grown up in the area. Les pointed out things most tours would overlook. He was very knowledgeable about the forest ecosystem and various plants, animals, and fungi that work together to keep everything in balance. ~ Stuart S

Great day out, the best one we've had in Australia so far, We had a really excellent tour guide called Bruce he was really entertaining handled a big group very well and got everyone around every thing on time without missing anything out. He also gave us some great recommendations, both for lunch and for our future travel in another part of Australia. We opted for the "pay as you go" option which suited us better as included all the things we wanted to do in the blue mountains which some of the other tours didn't and it still works out as very reasonably priced. The blue mountains themselves were beautiful I mean breath takingly gorgeous if you are thinking of skipping any of it I would recommend not. The zoo was ideal for us as we wanted to see Australian wildlife and we've been in Sydney city, so you can imagine there's not tons of wildlife here. At the Sydney zoo they offer encounters where you can go into an enclosure to get a photo with an animal. Something else to note is that you can go into the zoo early before it opens for the general public with Oz trails which is great as it's very quiet. All in all a great experience. Les was the most amazing tour guide. Such good fun and he is so knowledgeable. Showed us the homes of the most poisonous spiders, the funnel web and all the facts about the plants, trees and animals in the area. It was an incredible experience despite the unfortunate bush fires impacting on the incredible views of the Blue Mountains because of the smoke. ~ Annie E

Had my tour in November with OZ trails, the decision didn't go wrong. Trustworthy and efficient. The pickup was on time and everything else flowed smoothly. Really great experience, nicely planned, and managed. We had an awesome time at all the stops, from the sydney Zoo, the Scenic world to the Vista points in the Blue Mountains. Purchased this tour for my parents, who cannot speak any English. Everything went smoothly. They mentioned that the guide was very proactive and enthusiastic, keeping the bus entertained and informed (at least from what they could gather with their limited English). We did this tour in 2018, and again yesterday. Les was our tour guide both times and he is brilliant. When we rebooked we tried to find the same tour, in hope for the same tour guide. Les has so much knowledge, knows about so many spots and is so funny. He makes the tour interesting, and keeps the day fun! ~ Sophie B
